After you submit the form below, I will personally review your photo and reach out to you via email to discuss the details and estimated completion time. This way, we can ensure everything is perfect before moving forward.
Once we finalize the details, I will send you an email with a link to make a 50% deposit. This confirms your order and reserves your place in my schedule.
When your portrait is ready, I will send you a photo preview. If you’re happy with the result, you’ll be able to pay the remaining 50% before I carefully package and ship your artwork to you.
While I’m flexible with photo quality—even lower resolution images can work — I believe that the better the photo, the more beautiful the portrait will be. Most importantly, the person in the reference photo should look as natural and true to life as possible. Since I rely solely on your photo (I haven’t met you in person), it’s essential that your key features are clearly recognizable. Different angles can sometimes alter your appearance, so choose a photo that truly represents you.

• Paper: I use premium toned paper with a weight of 220-300gsm, specifically chosen for its ability to enhance the vibrancy of pastels. The two main colors I offer are a soft peach (beige) and light gray. For the peach paper, I select warmer shades, including sanguine tones, to create a harmonious effect. For the gray paper, I use cooler colors, including black charcoal, to achieve striking contrasts and depth.
• Pencils: My primary tools are high-quality pastel sticks and pencils from renowned brands like Sennelier and Rembrandt. These pastels are known for their vibrant colors and excellent blendability, allowing me to achieve dynamic contrasts and smooth transitions.
• Additional Tools: To create highlights and refine details, I use precision erasers and blending tools. For deeper tones, I may incorporate soft pastels or pastel pencils to enhance the richness of the artwork.
Composition Approval: If your portrait is based on multiple photos, I first create a rough digital composition in Photoshop. This allows us to visualize the final arrangement, and I will consult with you to confirm the positioning of each person before starting the artwork.
Outline: Once the composition is approved, I begin with a light sketch on premium toned paper, carefully mapping out the proportions and key elements of the portrait.
Main Details: I then gradually build depth and texture using a selected color palette, bringing the portrait to life with vibrant, expressive details and smooth transitions.
Final Approval & Delivery: After completing the portrait, I will send you a final photo for your review. If any minor adjustments are needed, I will make them before carefully packaging the artwork. Once approved, your pastel portrait will be securely packed and shipped to you.
