We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the website. Please periodically check this page for updates.

3. Use of the Website
You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws. It is prohibited to use the website in violation of the law, including but not limited to fraud or the dissemination of harmful software.

4. Limitation of Liability
Anneli Studio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or the inability to use the website.

5. Shipping
Anneli Studio offers only standard shipping. Delivery times are as follows:
• Europe: 3-7 business days
• USA: 7-10 business days
• Other countries: from 10 business days

The shipping cost is included in the price of your order. I guarantee the shipping time, but delays may occur with the postal service, which I cannot control. Shipments are primarily made from France, but I travel frequently, and the shipping country may vary.

6. Returns and Exchanges
Since all portraits are made to order, returns are not possible. The deposit paid at the time of order is non-refundable, as it compensates for my work time. If you are not satisfied with the result during the approval stage, we can consider individual solutions to address the situation.

7. Exceptions
Custom-made items are not eligible for return after shipment.
